The Border Grill restaurant was founded in 1997 with the goal of bringing a fresher, healthier alternative to the restaurant spectrum in Marquette. Clearly, the market was ready for real food in our fast-casual format, as we have grown to three locations serving Marquette County. Fresh ingredients, made from scratch items, an open kitchen, marinated and grilled meats, and a friendly, caring service environment are the cornerstones of our success. It is very gratifying for all of us at Border Grill to hear the passion that our guests have about our restaurants. Border Grill seems to be a good fit for almost any dining occasion; lunch, dinner, business meeting or family gathering.
