Established in 2015. We are a locally owned barbecue establishment dedicated to slow smoked meats, drinks and great friendly service. The owners Stephanie and Jeff Barcelona worked tirelessly to build this business from the ground up. Their previous experiences inthe bar and food industry led them to building a restaurant and bar with the customer in mind. After returning from Portland Oregon where they owned a popular food truck (Cackalacks Hot Chicken Shack) they set their eyes on a goal and are finally there with the up and coming Bonfire Barbecue.
