Recently became a vegetarian and was craving chicken tikka masala called up another Indian place and was quoted 50 bucks for our order. thought that was high, put the order on hold and figured Id call another place to get there price. HELLO BOLLYWOOD CAFE!! orderedthe same thing and the pricing was drastically different for the same thing! 25 bucks and well worth it:) My boyfriend ordered the chicken tikka masala extra hot, hes a proud Mexican and likes his food to bite back. He was very happy with his meal and I ordered the vegetarian masala, delicious! two orders of rice and garlic naan. mmm. our new Indian spot for sure. Best Indian food in Los Angeles! They have the best Chicken Tikka Masala Ive ever had and the best Chicken Makhani Ive ever had. The rice is delicious. The naan is perfect. The mango lassi is great. Im a big fan of Indian food and Ive tried many other Indian food places in L.A. This is by far the best. Also, the service is GREAT. I feel like a princess every time I eat there. The place is kind of small and the parking is limited, so its probably more preferable for some to order take-out, but if you do choose to eat in, you will be treated very kindly. Ive been eating here for years now, and the service has always been great.- They know me! I go here A LOT. Initially it was just because it was close to our apartment, but its easily one of the best places in LA. Great service, some of the nicest servers Ive ever encountered. They also do take-away, if you dont want to spend the time to eat in. I usually get the chicken korma or chicken tikka masala. As far as Im concerned, you could order anything on the menu and itd be pretty spectacular. Price-wise, I think its pretty much on par with most Indian restaurants. There are coupons in some of the Valleys resources, so check through those and you might get yourself 20% off!
