Bistro V is a chef-owned wine country kitchen located in Sebastopol, CA. We celebrated our one year anniversary this past February. We use local artisan ingredients produced in Sonoma County, and make everything from scratch. Chef Rick Vargas grew up in his parents San Francisco restaurant, West Portal Joes, and worked beside his father from a very early age. His repertoire includes Peruvian-influenced dishes from his familys heritage and French-inspired dishes from his four year apprenticeship in 11 top kitchens in France.
