Bistro Nota is a locally minded, locally owned, restaurant located at 620 South Calhoun Street in Downtown Fort Wayne, Indiana (adjacent to the Landing and across the street from the Rousseau Centre). We serve some of the best breakfasts and lunches in Fort Wayne.Were a casual, walk-up setting that is sure to surprise you, with an abundance of convenient ordering options for quick healthy meal or snack. You can even specify at time youd like your meal ready the night before (pickup, delivery or eat in). Currently we offer a variety of soups, salads, & sandwiches on our fresh baked bread, along with a rotating list of entrees. Our breakfast menu is new this month and were putting on the finishing touches, so check back! We take great pride in preparing our menu from scratch- everything from our pickles to our bread is made in our kitchen with thought and care. Also available is our line of Nota@Home meals – which are fully prepared dishes ready to be heated up and enjoyed – whether youre at the office or just picking up a quick meal for later. In addition, we have dietary specific options including Keto, Paleo, Vegan.
