Established in 2014. Here At Bills on Benham we have a clean, casual, laid back atmosphere with awesome southern style comfort food. We smoke our meats with a combination of hardwoods like cherry, oak, and hickory. This blend gives our meats the best flavor possible. We offer the areas best smoked pulled pork and pulled chicken in Michiana. Our newest item and one that people are raving about it our Beef Brisket. We smoke our Brisket for at least 12 hours and its getting rave reviews from customers that are from the brisket capital of the world…TEXAS!!. We pride ourselves on offering great food at a fair price where the customer is treated right. Catering for private parties and corporate events is also an area where Bills on Benham has you covered. Our catering menu gives you a great template to use in planning your event. The owner of Bills on Benham, William, or one of his sons is usually available to answer any questions you may have about delivery or special request. White collar, blue collar, or no collar we cater it all. In 2014, William and his wife, Shannon, became the familys third generation of barbecue grill masters when they opened Bills Bar-B-Que on Benham Avenue. For William, who started barbecuing when I was about 12 years old and grew up cooking on everything from those burning barrels out behind your house to the stainless steel cooker with the glass doors, owning his own barbecue restaurant is the chance to follow in his grandfathers and fathers footsteps but also to smoke the ribs, tips, chicken and brisket his way.
