Bellissimo

Bellissimo Restaurant is owned by Omar Lavayen and Mary Killay Lavayen. Omar has been the Executive Chef at Bellissimo since 2004 and the couple became owners in 2009. The restaurant has been rated highly consistently by Northern Virginia Magazine, The Washington Post and the Fairfax Connection newspapers. Bellissimo Restaurant is a historic building that was originally owned by Giovanni Cocciante, a veteran of Old Cantina D Italia in Washington, DC. It changed hands in 2004 and was owned for a time by Samira Hradsky of Food Unites the World Cooking School, Paris, France.
