Mr. Paul Cincotta oversees the daytime restaurant operations at Beaus Grille. He has successfully built a loyal and regular clientele over the past six years, developing many lasting relationships with business and social customers. Pauls dedication and commitment to his profession earned him the coveted award of Hilton Team Member of the Year, out of 70,000 Hilton employees. Paul started in the food and beverage industry at the age of 13, and at age 19, became the Matred for a posh country club in New York. Paul soon moved into management where his success won him the role of Corporate Trainer for the Beachwood Restaurant Corporation, responsible for the opening of over 42 restaurants. Paul traveled worldwide opening restaurants from Australia to England and throughout the USA. Needless to say, Paul was hooked on the food and beverage industry but was resolved to finding the perfect position closer to home in Fairlawn, Ohio. This search brought him to the Hilton Akron/Fairlawn in August, 1998. We are fortunate to have Paul on our team and hope to have him with us for many years to come.
