Beyond simply nourishing our bodies, what we eat and with whom we eat can inspire and strengthen the bonds among people, traditions, cultures and communities. The very mention of the word kitchen evokes warmth, comfort, and fond memories. Regardless of where you live or the size of your home, the kitchen is where we all gather to celebrate great food, special events and the people we love. BCs Kitchen creates that same feeling of warmth, comfort and fond memories. The food is always prepared with the same quality and attention to detail as we would with our own familys meals. Executive Chef, Dan Caruthers, leads the culinary development and maintains the high standards set at BCs Kitchen. Chef Dan worked under Chef Bill Cardwells tutelage for over 2 decades. Dan brings his years of experience with Chef Bill, along with his own life experiences, to take BCs Kitchen forward. I will maintain the quality and diversity created when we established BCs Kitchen. In addition, I will create new dishes and bring new ideas to the menu to keep it innovative and interesting, said Chef Dan. My culinary background and childhood are different than Chef Bills, but thats what makes BCs Kitchen so unique. We use seasonal, local and sustainable ingredients in our dishes to provide our guests with an outstanding experience. I am very excited to lead this new phase of BCs Kitchen. Pastry Chef, Kelly Speth, graduate of The Culinary Institute of America, is a dynamic part of Chef Dans team. Her pastries and desserts are an integral part of the dining experience at BCs Kitchen. General Manager, LaVonne Nichols, was a member of Chef Bill Cardwells culinary and service team for over 23 years. LaVonne has been an essential part in developing the service at BCs Kitchen. She continues to motivate her team to provide a friendly, helpful and knowledgeable level of service and hospitality.
