Executive Chef Amitzur Mor combines and redefines the different cuisines of this beautiful region while using fresh seasonal and local meat, fish, product with the best imported ingredients that the Mediterranean has to offer. Our cuisine consists of fresh homemade bread and pizzas cooked in our taboon; a succulent seasonal raw bar; delicious traditional mezze; appetizers and entrees, which emphasize sustainable grown and caught meat and seafood; and decadent homemade desserts to finish.
