Established in 1998. Baker & Spice is passionate about sharing simple and fulfilling food of the highest quality with our friends and neighbors. In 1998, we became part of the vibrant Portland and Hillsdale farmers markets. In January 2005, our much-loved market stand evolved into its current form: a warm and bustling neighborhood bakery featuring traditional and seasonal bread and pastry. Were so lucky to have found a home in the Hillsdale Town Center in SW Portland- just a few minutes from downtown, our brick-and-mortar location is accessible and has plenty of parking.
