DeMos Pizzeria & Deli is a locally owned and operated restaurant located on Glenwood South in Downtown Raleigh. DeMos is co-founded and co-owned by Anthony DeMarco and Clay Adams, both Raleigh natives. This is a spin-off of their first restaurant, DeMarcos Restaurant and Bar, which is located in North Raleigh at The Shoppes at Bedford. DeMos will be serving high quality items with top of the line ingredients. The pizzas feature fresh dough that is made in-house daily, a homemade pizza sauce recipe that dates back over 20 years, and Grande mozzarella cheese that is shredded fresh right here in DeMos kitchen. The deli line at DeMos resembles that of a standard NY style deli. Homemade Tuna Salad, Chicken Salad, and Egg Salad are made fresh daily. The cheese steaks at DeMos are like no other. Top round beef is first rubbed with our special blend of spices, pan seared to lock in the flavor before being cooled down to shave paper thin and dropped on our grill with all the fixins. Cold cut deli sandwiches feature Boars Head meats and cheeses that are sliced fresh right in front of you and served on a fresh bread of your choice that is delivered daily.
