Ba Gu Restaurant

Bagu Sushi & Thai Restaurant is a small, family-oriented and Hmong-owned restaurant located in South Minneapolis. We serve a variety of Thai and Japanese entrees that are prepared using creativity and fresh ingredients. Our mission is to make amazing foods and deliver outstanding dining experiences in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere. April, Paul, and Joe were the first owners of the Bagu Sushi & Thai Restaurant. The vision that they had for this business was to make and serve amazing asian foods and to give customers a variety of choices to choose from by incorporating a mix of Sushi, Thai, and Japanese foods. The different combinations of foods led to the name of the restaurant Bagu meaning My bar. April, Paul, and Joe did a tremendous job establishing Bagu and as the new owner to the Bagu Sushi & Thai Restaurant, I am grateful to have had such great mentors. For eleven and a half years, we have been fortunate enough to serve so many great and loyal customers and appreciate all the support from our family and friends.
