Through its unique venue and chef-centric food, the ambitious entrepreneurs behind the Apothik brand underscore the importance of supporting local businesses and farmers, all while introducing its cliental to a wide array of sinfully delicious food. The menu is a constantly changing reflection of seasonality and availability, pulled together through a collaborative effort of their three chefs and FOH manager. The Apothik Food Truck is just the first introduction to a brand with strong ambition reflected only by its owner, Maria Norberg, Executive Chef Nathan Wang, and their team of confidants.
