Established in 2006. Antigua is causal dining restaurant that provides the Milwaukee metro area with unique and authentic cuisine from Mexico and Latin America; with a fun atmosphere where people enjoy good food and feel comfortable. Antigua provides a unique experience to every customer. After opening its doors in 2004, Antigua Latin Restaurant has moved to the wonderful city of West Allis. Antigua has been highly reviewed by local news papers and magazines such as the Milwaukee Journal-Sentinel, Sheppard Express, MKE, Milwaukee Magazine, M Magazine, Always in good taste – by Willard Romantini, Telemundo, WWLUM Radio, Fox 6 Morning Show, WTMJ4 Weekend Monring Show, and Onmilwaukee.com. Milwaukee Journal Sentinels Food Critic Dennis Getto, gave Antigua three stars and a wonderful review. With over 10 year of experience, owner Citlali Mendieta is dedicated to Antigua. Citlali grew up in the industry, since her parents were chefs and restaurant owners for the past 50 years. Together Citlali & her team are constantly creating new dishes to wow their customers.
