Alpenrose Vail

Alpenrose symbolizes the living past of the last 40 years. With the takeover of Alpenrose we want to continue the tradition and keep a piece of the old Vail. In 2016 we decided as a family to go to the USA to bring the European coziness to the ski resort Vail, Colorado. With our first Restaurant Almresi we could fulfill our dream. As spontaneous as we made the decision for Almresi as quickly we said yes when we were offered Alpenrose at the end of September 2018. Alpenrose is an institution in Vail and we would like to continue the story and keep the old Vail alive. In todays world where so much is changing so quickly it is important to preserve the deep-routed values of the past and to create a new impulse for the future. Altogether it took 6 weeks from signing the contract to sending the container overseas with interior, decoration and china so that our goal of opening before Christmas became true… Warmth, hospitality and enjoying life – this is what we would love to create!
