Polo Adamo is a born and raised Sacramentan. He gradutated from ARCs Culinary School and worked for the prestigious Gary Dankos in San Francisco. He is proud to return home and share his love of cooking. If you would like to make a reservation, please call duringnormal business hours. We do not take reservations over voicemail.
