Founded in 1999, our culinary team is experienced and passionate. We hail from different walks of life with a broad range of interests and backgrounds. Professional Cooking, Catering, Music, Art, and Management… but they all share a love of food. But seriously, who doesnt love food? We believe in from scratch cookery. All of our curries begin as a house made paste using fresh herbs, vegetables, and spices. Although our dishes are very unique, they are all rooted in very traditional techniques and ingredients. Our dishes are designed to be customized. Our goal is to make food delicious and flexible, to that end we offer vegan and vegetarian dishes but we also offer seafood, chicken, pork, and beef – all of them easily omitted or replaced to feed you how you need to be fed – and everything is gluten free.
