Uvalde born-and-bred Lance and his Queen-of-Sides wife, Boo, took a leap of faith with a dash of craziness in 2018 putting their feet to fire by bringing their love of food, specifically barbecue, to the game. Then they joined the food truck hustle with their veryown truck (aka Burnand). Starting off with cooking for friends, they serve up what Lance refers to as South Texas Style barbecue, using primarily mesquite with post oak to slow smoke prime meats. Not to be outdone, Boos Korean heritage inspired a couple menu items that gives the taste of the East mixed in with the Texas goodness served at Eaker Barbecue.
