MOD Coffeehouse is a Community Coffeehouse located on Postoffice Street in the heart of Historic Downtown Galveston. At MOD, we strive to bring the best coffee, teas, espressos and home baked goods, and the warmest welcome to each of our customers daily. Founded in2001, MOD brought a new energy in downtown Galveston. We had a dream to combine the best coffee, espressos, and teas in a mod environment that reflected Galvestons hospitality and laid back friendly nature. Today MOD Coffeehouse has proudly weathered IKE, the great hurricane of the century (re-opening May 15, 2009) and continues to have the best coffee, the friendliest staff and most delectable, homemade, yummy treats and good eats you can find. Drop by MOD and enjoy our Fair Trade, Organic coffee and teas, or our delicious espressos and lattes while you nibble on one of our treats from the kitchen (chocolate espresso brownies are divine). For those who prefer a non-caffeinated experience, we have smoothies and Italian sodas as well as wine and beer. Relax in one of our comfy chairs, study in our loft area, or reserve our conference room for your next meeting. Evenings at MOD can be a quiet table for two with a glass of wine or sitting outside listening to a local musician on the patio.
