THE KITCHEN – The talented kitchen staff at the Pot Au Feu come together every service to execute a menu prepared with the freshest of ingredients and with french cooking techniques. Chef Roberto A. Espinoza, Le Cordon Bleu trained, brings forth dishes that are comforting yet elegant. He and his staff are thoughtful and passionate about the recipies they create and they aim to plate you the flavors of the world. The waitstaff share in the dedication to provide delicious food and great service. THE DINING ROOM – This space was constructed from the ground up by Roberto A. Espinoza and his father, Roberto Espinoza Jr. It was designed to make you feel like you are in a different city and that time is standing still. It is not uncommon for guests to stay for hours enjoying their food, drinks, and company. POT AU FEU FUTURE – After 10 years of service, the Pot Au Feu has evolved into an evening dining and drinking establishment, serving its globally inspired menu.
