This means using ingredients like natural proteins and fresh, organic eggs from local farms. We even offer juice squeezed fresh every day rather than serving up something from a jug that was shipped halfway across the country to get to us. Our focus on better ingredients means we can provide Tex-Mex dishes rich in the flavors you love; enjoy our quintessential Tex-Mex even more with the knowledge that we source the best ingredients.
