At Tarka Indian Kitchen, we serve fresh, fast and flavorful Indian food, freshly whipped lassis, and select wine and beer. Tarka is the more casual version of sister Austin Indian restaurant Clay Pit, Contemporary Indian Cuisine. We currently have locations in South Austin, North Austin & Round Rock. Tarka is committed to making affordable and healthy Indian cuisine and offer a variety of Vegan & Gluten Free Menu Items. Our entire menu is priced under $10. At Tarka, you can dine in, take out or have our food delivered through Dine on Demand, an Austin based restaurant delivery service. We offer Online Ordering, and have our own iPhone App, making getting food from us a snap! Tarka is a City of Austin recognized Green Restaurant. We use environmentally friendly to-go packaging, recycle our used cooking oil, glass, aluminum, plastic & cardboard, and compost our food waste.
