Marc and Debby Accuardi opened Ginos Restaurant and Bar February 27, 1996; their idea was to have a place where families, friends, and neighbors could gather for quality food and wine. That simple idea has turned into the reality that Ginos is today. When you walkthrough the copper metal door and youre greeted with the warmth of a century old oak wood bar, you know you are someplace where you can relax. At Ginos we are proud to join other Portland restauranteurs who believe in supporting sustainable farming, by using only the freshest seasonal ingredients available. We think you will agree this extra step only enhances your dining experience at Ginos. Some of our favorite purveyors include 47th Ave Farm, Your Kitchen Garden, Painted Hills Beef, Piedmontese Beef, Carlton Pork, Peak Forest Fruit, Pacific Seafood, and Miss Zumstein.
