Sunergos Coffee

Sunergos is an award-winning* coffee roaster, with four retail locations in Louisville and wholesale partners scattered across the country. The roastery opened its doors in the late summer of 2004 when founders Brian Miller and Matthew Huested discovered a common interest in home coffee roasting. The two instituted a partnership based on a simple hope: to provide for their families and to serve people through good coffee and hospitality. From humble beginnings, the partners were joined by a growing group of likeminded people who, through focused craft and shared labor, are committed to bringing good coffee to local communities and beyond.
