The Mixer

The Mixer is a restaurant, bakery and bar in downtown Hopkinsville. Husband and wife team Graham and Heather Dawson aim to offer delicious food and desserts paired with handcrafted cocktails in a beautiful historic location, the former Young Hardware on East 6th Street, downtown Hopkinsville. In the midst of the whirlwind of opening a new restaurant, never did we think that we would have to navigate a global pandemic on top of it all. The Hopkinsville community showed up with overwhelming support, and allowed us to survive a situation that has not been seen in our lifetime.
