It was nearly a decade ago when we first noticed an increase in the consumers demand for this type of product; so, coupled with this knowledge and ourown passion, the first We Olive store was opened. Opening that first store was a dream come true for us. We had officially created a place where local growers, chefs, and guests alike could experience, learn about, and purchase the California-made olive oil wed come to know and love.
