Located in Mobile, Alabama, El Papi serves house-made Mexican cuisine and drinks from fresh ingredients and authentic recipes. The corn tortilla originated in Mexico, predating its flour alternative. It is a staple in authentic Mexican cuisine. We combine traditional ingredients while kneading our house-made masa mix. Each corn tortilla is hand-pressed and cooked fresh on our flattop griddle.
