Located in the West End Plaza Building in St. Louis Park Eds Kitchen IS the quick service restaurant of the new millenium. Nostalgic deli favorites and on trend healthy choices all prepared with top shelf ingredients. Ed Gray was the Executive Chef at Gannons Restaurant in St. Pauls west end neighborhood for 27 years. Gannons proximity to the airport and Chef Eds aptitude in the kitchen combined to create a loyal following from customers that stretched from coast to coast. For a quarter century after the end of World War II, the little supper club in flyover country served famous entertainers, business magnates, and politicians, all stopping at Gannons for Chef Eds top shelf gourmet meals.
