In 1883, Henry Bridgeman started a dairy business in Duluth, MN, carting milk from home to home. Through hard work, persistence & quality products, his dairy business grew into the largest in the midwest. In 1936, Henrys sons, Chester & Roy Bridgeman decided to strike out on their own and opened the original Bridgemans Ice Cream Shoppe. Today Bridgemans ice cream is served at many different coffee shops, cafes, grocery stores, etc around the midwest… but we are proud to be the one & only Bridgemans restaurant! Bridgemans Restaurant in Duluth, MN is locally owned. Jay worked as a busboy here in high school, and just fell in love with the restaurant! He has owned the business for over 15 years now. We have a staff of over 75 of the most friendly & hardworking people in Duluth. We look forward to serving you our from-scratch comfort food & high-quality Bridgemans ice cream!
