This includes The University of Colorado Medical Center Childrens Hospital & Veterans Hospital. Located on East Colfax & one block West of Peoria, Playboy magazine once called Colfax, The longest wickedest street in America. That was the 70s. Colfax has evolved, and so has the Zephyr. The Zephyr is a warm friendly place that will take you back in time. We have won numerous awards, including best live blues venues & best dive bar. A beautiful outdoor covered smoking patio accents the west-side of the building. Our signature, three happy hours a day, continues with over 40 beers & 250 varieties of spiritsincluding Colorado craft beers on draft, and Budweiser Signature beer ( which is only sold in two test areas). The drinks are cheap & generous, 9am-11am, 2pm-7pm & 11pm-1am. The best in live Blues, R&B, Soul, & Old School music are presented on Friday & Saturday nights, no cover.
