Briq's Soft Serve

Founded by Dan Briquelet, our first Briqs Soft Serve store opened in Wausau in 1985. With unique features such as the one pound cone, fresh picked strawberries, and turtle sundaes, Briqs quickly found its niche in the Wausau area. Two years later, a second storein Rib Mountain was added. Locations in Mosinee, Merrill and Weston followed. Briqs continues to be a family owned and operated business, now including locations in Minocqua, Rhinelander and Edgar. Briqs has grown through the years but our commitment to offering quality soft serve products and fresh ingredients has stayed strong. We are the proud Home of the One Pound Cone, with hundreds of customers inducted into our prestigious One Hundred Pound Club: after eating 100 of our large cones, members are invited to our Briqnic picnic every year, and rewarded with free ice cream for two days each summer, for the rest of their lives! Friendly customer service and quality soft serve, along with seasonal favorites such as strawberry rhubarb sundaes and caramel apples, have made Briqs Soft Serve a family tradition.
