Through a shared commitment to excellence, Benvenutos Italian Grill is dedicated to the uncompromising quality of our food, service and people, while taking exceptional care of our restaurant guests and staff. We will continuously strive to surpass our accomplishments and remain a leader in the hospitality industry. Benvenutos is a family-owned Wisconsin business and not a corporate chain. Each location has a slightly different look but all have the same menus, recipes and dedication to quality. We help our neighbors and communities by hosting Dine Outs to assist non-profit charitable organizations and support their cause by donating 20% of participant sales directly to them. The first Benvenutos Italian Grill opened in Beaver Dam, Wisconsin in 1996. Today, the Benvenutos brand has grown to four company restaurants and three franchise locations located across Wisconsin. We are a locally owned and operated restaurant group, ready to serve you. In 1996, Brian and Khristy Dominick moved to Wisconsin to open Benvenutos Italian Grill in Beaver Dam with a great team of people. Tonya Clark, now the president/COO, started as a part time host when Benvenutos opened, and is still with the company today. Chad Webster, the current vice president and director of operations has also been with the company for many years, contributing to its success along with many other long-term employees. The Benvenutos restaurant concept started off as a dinner only, Italian dining experience. The menu consisted of a handful of pasta dishes and a few wood-fired pizzas; all of which embodied a family style presentation, with food being served on giant platters for 3-4 people. Soon after, the doors opened for lunch and the menu changed to include individual dishes, expanded entrée options and grilled items such as steaks and fish. Today, Benvenutos Italian Grill has grown to six locations across Wisconsin, with plans to open more in the near future. All locations are family-owned businesses and
