Her culinary prowess led to the creation of Bistro 234 in 2001 and is a reflection of Jennifers own, so its no surprise that her personal warmth has resonated and made this restaurant a local landmark. With her most recent venture, First & Main, Jennifer is eager to offer Turlock and the region a restaurant unlike any other. First & Main is Chef LeRoy Walkers passion project, started from scratch and prepared with the expert craftsmanship that Chef LeRoy has become known for over his 35 years in the kitchen. First & Main is a culinary journey that draws from a pantry stocked with fresh ingredients and LeRoys own inspiration. His attention to detail and dedication to local dining shows through in a menu unlike any other in the city. Chef LeRoys wife, spice expert Mohini Singh, has been a tremendous inspirational genius behind the evolution of our First & Main flavor profiles. The pair are truly a force. Manuel has previously worked as a cook at Panda Express, Sizzler, Bistro 234, and the Michael Mina Company an international, award-winning restaurant management company.
