Van Gogh's Eeterie

The red brick buildings of Historic Commercial Street in Springfield, MO is now home to a piece of The Netherlands. Inspired by the time owner Joe spent studying abroad and living in the port city of Rotterdam. Joe opened Van Goghs Eeterie with his parents as a second culinary adventure from their ever popular Cafe Cusco just down the street. Van Goghs specializes in making Pannenkoeken or Dutch Pancakes. These are large crepe style pancakes that are served open faced and can be sweet or savory. They also serve a variety of other Dutch delights. Van Goghs boasts a beautiful contemporary interior with bits of Holland, a quaint beer garden inspired patio and cuisine unlike any other in Springfield! Try us for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. You can also pop in for a sweet treat, cocktail, espresso and local brewed kombucha.
