Nestled on the Trolley Trail in the Crestwood Shops, Aixois offers Kansas Citys best outdoor patio and an intimate, relaxed dining room. Emmanuel Langalde, a native of Aix-en-Provence, opened Aixois with his wife Megan in 2001. Chef Emmanuel, inspired by the techniques and recipes of his native France, offers a distinct menu focused on fresh, organic, seasonal ingredients.
