Established in 2013. Global Eatery & Purveyor of Libations Based on demand, Wes Gartner and Jill Myers, the Chef/Owners of Moxie Catering (est. 2002), were persuaded to open a restaurant so their culinary offerings could be available to the public. Jamie Zoeller, long time friend and former bandmate of Wes came along for the ride to manage the bar and front of the house. Jamies specialty: bourbon. Ryan Miller, a cocktail specialist and lover of the band Squeeze, is Head Bar Man at the East end of the bar. Ryan Holopter, Sous Chef for Moxie and Voltaire, holds the reigns when Wes is attending to the less than glamourous aspects of the business (taxes, payroll, ordering, etc.). Ryans true passion: food, and Vin Diesel.
