Castle Coffee Roasters was built on our passion for the magic that is coffee, a love for our California home and a commitment to make our home town of Santa Barbara an amazing place to be. We are inspired by our geographical location, nestled between the mountainsand the great Pacific Ocean. There is an unlimited sense of potential here, and a can-do attitude about our true love, coffee. Our mission is pretty simple; source the absolute best coffee, roast it with attention and care, and hand it over for you to enjoy. We believe in optimism and doing the best job to make our customers days. We work alongside the best in the coffee business to find amazing coffees from producers all over the world. These are our people. We have made a commitment to never stop getting better, to find more special coffees, to support these producers who provide us all with a delicious cup.
