Established in 2014. Cindys Eagle Rock was a lifelong dream for executive chefs Paul Rosenbluh and Monique King – a place for family and friends to eat really good food in a casual, fun atmosphere. Located in a revamped retro diner in Los Angeles, CA, Cindys Eagle Rock serves modern American cuisine with a global eclectic flair. Here, every dish is made from scratch. We smoke our own meat, simmer our own soups, and choose our own ingredients from local produce! We are committed to sustainability and our wonderful community. Dont know what to order? Some customer favorites include our brisket hash, pancakes, and fresh veggie burgers. We also serve a chocolate cake so moist and chocolatey that your taste buds wont know what hit them!
