Burger Up was founded in 2010 on the concept of thoughtful consuming – meaning we take great care to source our menu from local farms practicing sustainability and humane treatment of animals. We are proud that our beef is sourced from Steven Lee and his family atTriple L Ranch in Franklin, TN along with other like-minded suppliers through our friends at Porter Road Butcher. In addition, an ever-expanding array of Tennessee and surrounding area farms are represented on our menu. That is what you will see on the plate in front of you: food that not only tastes incredible, but honors the community, environment, and your well being. Throughout the years Burger Up has evolved, but we remain true to our founding vision – a community-driven restaurant – a place where people of all ages would feel welcome – a place appropriate for a business lunch, first date, or a celebration. In 2013 we formed Community Hospitality and opened two new restaurants; Josephine in 2013 and Prima in 2014. Our growth continued in 2016 when we welcomed our East Nashville neighbors to the Burger Up family at our new location in the Five Points area. With this organization we continue our commitment to a culture of growth and empowerment for our restaurant family and great hospitality through responsible cooking, innovative menus and excellent service for our guests.
