Marvin and Mary Prince always dreamed of owning a restaurant. They began researching theproperty and what it would take to create an incredible dining experience. They knew with the right team anything was possible. They brought in family members Darren and Rochelle Mauger who too, shared their vision and drive. The team talked with executive chef Mark Meredith Dino whose cuisine was undeniably delicious and exactly what they were looking for. The five put their heads and hearts together; Sunset 89 was born.
