Longtime friends chefs Alex Williams and Jordan Snyder first met while running one of LAs finest kitchens, Michelin star-rated Trois Mec. Among many things, they shared an appreciation for the art of the sandwich and set out to build one that was simple yet refined.They started by crafting their own homemade bread. Next they sourced the best products from around the world while adding purposeful ingredients that work together in concert, taking into account not only flavor but also texture and aroma.Sandwiches lovingly composed but satisfyingly simple.Throughout 2021, they perfected their menu through several pop ups. In the summer of 2022, Alex and Jordan partnered with Venice Brands (founder of Joolies, Kinderfarms, among several other companies) and Michael Pasternak (former COO of the Night + Market restaurant group).Together, they formed Bread Head Restaurant Group.We are currently popping up at June Shine at their Santa Monica location if you want to come by.We plan to open our first permanent Bread Head location in Q1 2023, with many more locations planned over time.
