El Centro brings REAL Mexican cuisine to Boston! Opening memorial day weekend for dinner. Walking into El Centro is like walking into your grandmothers kitchen, that is, if your grandmothers kitchen is in Hermosillo, Mexico. Chef/co-owner Allan Rodriguez has brought his version of Mexico to Boston, complete with real family recipes, house-made tortillas, spiced sangrias and authentic micheladas. A warm, inviting space, El Centros walls are home to authentic Mexican artwork, original photographs and handmade decorations from Mexico.
