Fox & the Knife will offer exceptional modern Italian food featuring Chef KarenAkunowiczs house made pasta dishes and signature big flavors. The wine list at Fox & the Knife will focus on low intervention and natural -when-possible wines that represent a true sense of place. We favor badass women winemakers and bottles that tell great stories and, above all, we are choosing wines we know have been made with the same love and care that we put into our food at the restaurant. The wines will be complimented by a broad array of amari, vermouths and bitters that inspire the Italian concept of apertivo. Celebrate a birthday, anniversary, promotion or a Tuesday.
