Darbys bakery in West Boylston was founded in 1994. It is a European bakery committed to making products from scratch, with the highest quality ingredients, and without additives or preservatives. We can tell the difference, and we believe our customers can too. Owned and operated by Emerson (Joe) and Page Stover, both career pastry chefs who share a love for fine foods, traditional methods, and the purest ingredients. Darbys is open five days a week serving a large variety of artisan breads, pastries, delicious desserts, special occasion cakes, espresso drinks, and prepared foods intended to make your busy life easier and infinitely more pleasurable. Darbys pastry chefs make exquisite wedding cakes in a variety of flavors, sizes and budgets. All of our cakes are home made and artfully constructed. They are made with love and extremely DELICIOUS!
