Decker Kitchen is a farm-to-table restaurant, wine shop, and craft cocktail bar located in Westlake Village, CA. Our goal is simple – to provide our customers with great food and drink. Our menu changes often, and is always shaped around the amazing local productswe have access to. We focus on making all of our dishes from scratch, and are always playing with something new. Bread is at the core of our menu, and we bake our bread fresh daily. Our main bread product is our rustic loaf. It is comprised of only flour, salt, and water, and takes 3 days to make a loaf entirely by hand. As for drink, our wine and craft cocktail program is second to none. We source small production wine and spirits to provide not only high-quality beverages, but to showcase the incredible breadth of products available from small creators. On top of our approach to sourcing product is our continual commitment to making our products from scratch, and that includes hand pressing and clarifying our juices for our cocktails, as well as infusing a variety of spirits for unique cocktails.
