Old Blue BBQ is committed to the importance of supporting the local farm and forest community. We source meats and vegetables locally when possible; we cook exclusively over locally sourced Oak and Maple, as well as fruit woods such as Apple, Cherry, and Pear for adistinctive smoke flavor that compliments our flavor profiles. Old Blue BBQ has an outreach mission to give back to the causes that mean the most to us. We work with local non-profits to support music projects, animal rescue, and hunger relief. Through proceeds/food donations and fundraising events, Old Blue BBQ aims to help make the DC community stronger and brighter each day.
