The Freshman

When I set to work to develop my namesake restaurant, I wanted to create the kind of place where people gather around the table all day, from coffee in the morning to cocktails in the evening. A place that meets the customer wherever they are in their day, and always has just what they need. A place that spurs good conversations around real food. Fresh. Local. Quality ingredients with a culture of genuine hospitality. For me and my team, a restaurant isnt just about serving people the kind of meals that make memories. (Though its certainly an important part.) Its also about being a part of the community, and contributing to the neighborhood and the people who live there in meaningful and authentic ways. Thats why we created The Freshman to be both a vital part of the National Landings business community and advocates for the restaurant industry as a whole. A community gathering space. A place to meet up whether youre hitting The Coffee Bar before work and yes, you do want the house made granola to go or gathering with co-workers for happy hour in a place that feels real and relaxed. My team and I invite you to come over, grab a drink, and make yourself at home.
