Jozannas is a family owned business. Frank Bozzomo, his wife Chris and their six children Megan, Nicole, Joe, Frank, Sara and Mackenzie all help out from time to time. Frank Bozzomo started in the restaurant business in 1986. As the former owner of Cataris Restaurant in Bound Brook many locals will remember Frank as the Singing Chef. Frank may have started his restaurant business at Cataris but his singing goes back to his days in dinner theater at Hunterdon Hills Playhouse in Hampton, NJ where Frank performed at dinner shows. Frank got the restaurant bug early in life. His father Joe worked in the business in Somerville back in the 50s and 60s. At Jozannas Casual Italian the Bozzomo family takes pride in using only the highest quality and freshest ingredients. The goal is to prepare the finest food for your dinner or event. Each meal is made especially for you without cutting corners. The Bozzomo family especially takes pride in the Eggplant Parmesan. And please note, Jozannas catering menu can be personalized by the addition of anything on the dinner menu to better suit your catering needs.
