Giovannis Pizza & Pasta was established in November of 2007 in a small shopping center in Kannapolis. In June of 2010 Giovannis moved into their new spacious restaurant on Winecoff School Road at the Food Lion Shopping center. Giovannis is run by brother laws Jimmy Carlton and Mike Lindenberger. The dining room is managed by Charolyn Carlton Lindenberger. A family venue for sure! Jimmy Carlton managed the Villa Maria, the first New York Style Pizzeria inConcord. Mike Lindenbergers past cooking background includes stops as chef at several of New Jerseys finest hotels and country clubs. Everything at Giovannis is home made with the focal point being their famous New York Style thin crust pizza, calzones, Stromboli, and Pastas. We offer our own distinctive dishes such as our take on the classic Chicken Marsala as well as Charolyns favorite Chicken Giovannis. Chicken scaloppini with portabella mushrooms and red onions in a Balsamic reduction. We offer Italian desserts like Tiramisu and Cannoli as well as cheesecake and the ultimate chocolate cake.
